How to find us

We are a 7 minute walk from Hastings train station and a 13 minute walk from Hastings Pier. See below for detailed instructions.

Driving into Hastings, we are easily accessible from the road along the front, approaching from the A27, or from the A21 from Tonbridge and London.

Directions

By Road

From the A27 and Bexhill travel along the seafront until you come to Hastings pier. Turn left (signed A21 London) then right past the rear of the White Rock Theatre and up the hill. At the junction with the main road, turn sharp right down the hill and first left into Cornwallis Gardens. Where this swings to the right, go straight on then over the viaduct. 9 Linton Road is about 200m up on the left after Linton Crescent and before Winterbourne Close.

From the A21: Follow the A21 towards Hastings town centre down the long hill (still A21 but called Bohemia Road) Turn left onto Cornwallis Gardens. Where this swings to the right, go straight on then over the viaduct. 9 Linton Road is about 200m up on the left after Linton Crescent and before Winterbourne Close.

Parking: There is street parking directly outside the house. It is free for two hours between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday. If you need to leave your car for longer during the day, we can provide parking vouchers. Parking is free all day on Sundays.

By Train

We are 7 minutes walk from Hastings Station, but it is a fairly steep walk up. There is a taxi rank at the station and the fare to 9 Linton Road is approximately £4.
